Diaphragm pumps with metal diaphragms are used when high pressures or temperatures must be handled or for high diffusion resistance e. g. nuclear technology. This series offers maximum security and long diaphragm life, the deflection of the diaphragm is positively limited in both directions, so that faulty operation cannot cause diaphragm overload. Additional safety is provided by the sandwich diaphragm with diaphragm monitoring system at pressures up to 17.400 psig.
