Wilden Diaphragm Pumps

Wilden Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps from are easy to use and maintenance friendly.

 

The pumps are self priming, save against dry running and dead head, submersible and adjustable by regulating the air pressure.

 

 

The main area of operation is pumping of various fluids from aggresive acids to abrasive muds. Even the pumping of lightweight dry powder is no problem.

Special versions for pharmaceutical and food industries as well as High Pressure pumps for discharge pressure up to 21 bar are available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Performances:

  • Flow rate: up to 70m³/h
  • Discharge: max. 8bar, 21bar High pressure Pump
  • Dynamic viscosity: up to 30.000mPas
  • Temperature: -50°C - +175°C varies from material
  • Connections: ¼“ – 3“ BSP/NPT, DIN25-DIN80 flange
