Double safety due to integrated diaphragm monitoring system
The standard, pressure-controlled diaphragm monitoring system immediately and reliably indicates possible diaphragm damages, e.g. caused by wear. But the 4-layer PTFE safety diaphragm assures that operation of the pump can be continued for a limited period of time.
Interruption of the production process is not necessary! An also pressure stiff safety diaphragm takes over the task of the working diaphragms! The production process can be continued up to the next scheduled stop and the LEWA ecodos still remains hermetically tight!
