Polypropylene Pump Heads Series Ecodos PP for Pharma-Applications

Yet another LEWA innovation are the new pump heads for the most common sizes of the LEWA ecodos hygienic line with outputs of 25 – 350 l/h. The basic material of the new product line is PP (polypropylene); all the parts in contact with the fluids are almost completely manufactured in injection moulding procedures; they are in compliance with FDA regulations and passed USP Class VI tests. Developed for demanding uses in hygienic processes, the ecodos PP offers evident advantages: excellent cost-effectiveness due to long service intervals and wear-resistant parts, high safety due to the 4-layer PTFE diaphragm with monitoring system. Both the extremely smooth surface and the low flow resistance design provide ideal cleaning conditions (CIP). And: by using multiple pumps, a flow range of up to 5 – 2000 liters per hour can be covered.
