The LEWA ecodos series features a very high availability and extremely high operational safety. It has an extremely long diaphragm service life and consequently service intervals of more than two years!!

This considerably reduces the operating costs – and above all the down time costs! Due to its emergency operation capability the availability is further increased. Even in case of diaphragm rupture the system must not be shut-down. Operation can be continued until the next scheduled shut-down.

The sturdy cam and spring – or the variable eccentric drive units for higher performance ratings – are designed for continuous operation. They are wear resistant and produced of high-quality materials only. Bearings seated in plastics or other production and price compromises do not exist at LEWA. The higher purchase price thus justified is more than just compensated by the very low operating expenses. A comparison is always worthwhile here!
