Unproblematic open and closed loop control due to pressure stiff diaphragm in the complete low pressure range

The 4-layer PTFE safety diaphragm of the LEWA ecodos series is a pressure stiff diaphragm for the complete low pressure range! Due to this pressure resistance the flow is almost not influenced by pressure fluctuations e.g. during start-up of the system or process induced fluctuations.

This means that open and closed loop control of the flow in automated systems is carried out very precisely, easily, quickly and reproducibly. This is a major advantage of the LEWA ecodos series.

Therefore the metering accuracy is +/- 1%! The flow rate can be precisely adjusted via the stroke length by hand wheel or stroke actuator and via the stroke frequency with a motor with frequency inverter.
