The LEWA crew - united commitment for the good of the company

The individuality and the strength of each of our employees are our greatest assets - they make LEWA the reliable partner it is for our customers and suppliers.

We promote further education and training within our LEWA Academy and we support intercultural understanding. We motivate our employees to look far beyond their immediate horizons. We are proud of the fact that they sometimes choose the road less travelled, going the extra mile to offer our customers individual solutions. 

Many of our colleagues are involved in voluntary activities in a good cause including the Ditzinger Lebenslauf (Ditzinger Run for Life) which will see many members of the LEWA company sports club at the starting line for a good cause. LEWA will donate one Euro to the registered muscular dystrophy association for every mile run by our colleagues. 

 

Even our retired LEWA colleagues are closely involved with the company - still willing to put their expertise on the line and they are welcome guests at our events.
