The optimized internal geometry ensures high efficiency and stable flow rates, even at varying pressures and viscosities. Manufactured entirely from high‑quality stainless steel, the pump is designed for excellent cleanability and supports CIP and SIP processes. Flexible installation options and robust engineering make the Wangen Twin Screw pump a versatile solution for demanding food and beverage applications.

Wangen™ Twin Screw pumps are designed to reliably handle low to highly viscous, volatile, or gaseous products and for applications where maximum hygiene and efficiency are required. Two interacting spindles drive the fluid either towards or away from mechanical seals, while the pump operates contact-free.

Spindles can now be replaced without the need to re-synchronise the spindle shaft, thanks to fast X-change™ technology.

The contactless operation of the pump screws and flushed/blocked mechanical seal ensure that there is no risk of the pump running dry.

Wide viscosity range

Viscosity of up to 1,000,000 mPas is possible through axial pumping and minimal kneading effect in the product.
