Progressing Cavity pumps

Progressing Cavity pumps are designed to handle high-viscosity media with a high amount of solids. They operate heated or cooled, and offer minimal dead space and stagnation in space design. These pumps use a helical rotor that rotates inside a stator with a matching cavity. As the rotor turns, it creates sealed cavities that move fluid smoothly from the inlet to the outlet.

The MX Series is designed for demanding hygienic conveying and dosing in food and beverage processes. High dosing accuracy and low pulsation guarantee precise, repeatable processes. When equipped with EvenWall Technology, the pumps handle very high pressure while ensuring uniform rubber stress and a continuous flow. The compact design reduces heat build-up and drive power for maximum efficiency.
