Pomac™ Lobe pumps are engineered for maximum capacity with minimal product damage — ideal for sensitive food and beverage media. Their compact design and optimized chamber volume support pressures up to 15 bar and flow rates up to 80 m³/h.

All pump components and the gear drive are stainless steel, ensuring hygienic operation and easy cleaning. Vertical, self‑draining installation enables universal use. The standard series offers rotors tailored to each product, while -two or four- blade hygienic rotors provide gentle, sanitary handling for applications requiring the highest hygiene standards.

    Very short shaft overhang

    Maintenance-friendly design

    This design with “front-pull-out-principle” or front-loaded sealing lets operators access rotors and seals without removing pipelines. This speeds up cleaning, reduces downtime, and supports strict hygiene standards for efficient, reliable processing.

    Minimal internal backflow

    It ensures precise, hygienic product transfer. It protects product texture, improves dosing accuracy, reduces waste, and maintains consistent flow quality—key for handling sensitive, high‑value ingredients efficiently and safely.

    Standard stainless steel gearbox

    This increases stability and reduces vibration thus ensuring smooth, hygienic operation, protecting product quality, and minimizing wear.

    Oversized shafts prevent deflection

    Shafts made from 1.4462 duplex steel prevent deflection, ensuring stable, vibration‑free pumping. This protects product quality, maintains hygienic precision, reduces wear, and delivers reliable performance even with viscous or demanding media.

    Cleaning-in-place (CIP) capabilities

    CIP capabilities allow the pump to be cleaned automatically without disassembly. This ensures consistent hygiene, faster changeovers, reduced contamination risk, and higher production efficiency while meeting strict sanitary standards.

    Modular design enables 1:1 replacement

    A modular build allows pumps to be swapped quickly without redesigning the system. This reduces downtime, simplifies upgrades, supports fast part availability, and keeps hygienic production running efficiently with minimal process interruption.

    Flexible connection & seal adaptation
